We moved to the Jacksonville Area from South Florida where severe weather conditions can sometimes be worse in the Northeast Florida region.
Gary and his wife Natalie have been in the roofing industry for over 15 years. Gary has his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and Natalie has her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Together, they are a great team in making The Roof Boutique the most trusted roofing company in the area.

At The Roof Boutique, we do things very thoroughly. We make sure you’re informed from the initial inspection of your roof and throughout the entire work process and beyond the final inspection. Our teams of experts make sure we understand your needs, expectations and try to exceed them in any way that we can. We understand that for most, roofing is not something many have much knowledge of, so our roof consultants take pride in being patient with each customer to answer any questions they may have.
Inspecting your roof’s condition
The Roof Boutique will conduct a “Roof Diagnosis” to assess your roof conditions and explain what’s needed to keep your home and its contents protected from the severe weather conditions that often strike our region of the country.

The Roof Boutique will inspect every aspect of your roof - from the condition of shingles to the integrity of the flashing around your chimney and other roof penetrations. We’ll analyze the condition of fascia around the eaves of your roof; roof accessories such as vents, and your gutter system. The Roof Boutique will show you the roof parts that are damaged, worn and vulnerable. Then, we’ll go over all the options for replacing or restoring your roof, including product comparisons, and labor costs.
Honest estimates
The Roof Boutique will review the scope of work needed with you to make sure you’re comfortable with the project. We will get the contract signed and process your initial down payment, if applicable.
Scheduling our work around your life
Together, we'll decide a start date for your roof work, making sure disruption to homelife or business is minimized. From the first call to The Roof Boutique, to the completion of the job, we'll communicate with you every step of the way.

When it's time for your installation or repairs, expect The Roof Boutique to show up on time ready to go to work! During "tear-off" of your old roofing materials, we can determine if any repairs or reinforcement to your roof decking is necessary. If there are problems, we'll fix them. We go out of our way to keep your property and the landscaping around it undisturbed during the project.
Clean-up and haul-away
The Roof Boutique is meticulous when it comes to leaving your property in pristine condition. We'll pick up all the old roofing material down to every nail we pulled out, and we’ll haul it all away. Our job is not done until you are completely satisfied.
Completion of the job
Once you are fully satisfied with your new roof or roof repair, we will process the final payment and finalize the warranty for your new roofing system.
